Posting any incomplete, false, deceptive, misleading, fraudulent or inaccurate information.

Posting of information that violates the intellectual property rights or the privacy or publicity rights of others, or posting of material that is obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful or embarrassing to a user or any person or entity.

Postings of sexually explicit images or statements, advertisements, junk mail, "spam" or other solicitations of business, chain letters or posting of materials that impersonate another person, contain viruses Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots or other computer programming routines or engines that are intended to damage, interfere with or expropriate any system, data or information.

Including hyperlinks in any job posting, which will be disabled if included in any posting.

Taking any action which imposes an unreasonably large load on the web site.

Disclosing or sharing your member password with any third party. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their passwords. You agree to immediately notify FGI of any unauthorized use of your password.
