Regional Services Manager: Sarah Rodowicz
Sarah first got involved with FGI NYC Headquarters office as a student at The Fashion Institute of Technology and has been involved with the organization for over 23 years. She has worked in the headquarters office as Administrative Assistant, Special Events Manager, and currently has a part-time position as Regional Services Manager. She enjoys working with the regional groups, so much so that she is quite active with the FGI Philly group. Sarah is inspired by the creatives and the happenings in the city of Philadelphia and surrounding areas and enjoys supporting the positive environment.
Sarah has served as Regional Director of FGI Philadelphia, and in various roles on the Board, and as Nominating Chair over the course of nearly two decades. Additionally, Sarah has served as a District Director for FGI for over four years.
Outside of FGI, Sarah has worked with Bloomingdale’s as PR and Events Manager for the Greater Philadelphia stores. There she was responsible for special events, in-store promotions, community outreach, charity events, and more.
Sarah also has experience as Event Production Coordinator for SPW Productions and Hoopla Marketing, Events and PR, working on corporate events, street festivals, charity events, fashion shows and more.
In addition, Sarah is currently Events Manager with the Sandy Rollman Ovarian Cancer Foundation based in the Greater Philadelphia area, with a presence throughout the country. The organization funds research and offers support programs for those affected by this underfunded disease. The signature fundraising event, The Sandy Sprint, takes place annually in Philadelphia, Los Angeles, New Jersey and more locations being added.
Marketing Director: Hope Jidenma
Hope Jidenma is a marketing professional with experience in social media, email marketing, data analytics, database management, maintaining landing pages and more for clients in the retail, financial and medical industries.
She attended the Art Institute of Philadelphia (AiPH) and under the coaching of FGI Member Patrick Carrow, Fashion Club Advisor at AiPH, she began producing fashion shows in 2011 while studying fashion marketing. She went on to produce two more annual fashion shows for the Hard Rock Cafe in Philadelphia during the month of October 2012 & 2014, The Pinktober Fashion Show that benefitted The PA Breast Cancer Coalition. During this time, Hope also managed social media and marketing for us, FGI Philly, starting in 2013.
Hope continued to produce multiple fashion shows in both New York City and Philadelphia. Additionally, she has mentored and advised several Philadelphia based independent designers never tiring of any of it because she loves supporting local design talent. Lastly, Hope is a board member of Fashion Group International’s Philadelphia chapter for the 2024-2025 term and will become the Co-Regional Director starting January 2025.
Treasurer: Dell Scott
Dell Scott is an American-born designer, entrepreneur, author and speaker who desires to empower women to embrace their inner brilliance. She is the founder and CEO of Dell Scott Enterprises, LLC. – Parent Company of the Dell Scott Collection and Divacoutoure by Dell Scott; an online “tour de fashion” retail accessory boutique, that features exquisite jewelry and stylish accessories.
Blessed with a natural gift and an eye for detail, she is passionate about capturing the vibrancy and sensuality of women in her designs. From her passion, the Dell Scott Collection was launched in 2015. As a CFDA Runway 360 designer and Fashion Group International board member, Dell’s mission is to create a luxury fashion brand consisting of silhouettes that drape and accentuate every aspect of a woman, while displaying a strong sense of femininity and power. Her designs have been published in various magazines as well as having graced the runways of Los Angeles, New York, Paris, and Dubai.
Programming Director Co-Chair: Charles Gregory
Charles Gregory, a distinguished Temple University graduate, has achieved remarkable success within his own company, The House of Charles Gregory. With roles as a TV host, producer, advocate for amplifying black voices, and overall creative director, Charles Gregory has solidified his position as a fashion innovator. He made history as the first African American male in Philadelphia to receive certification in styling and wardrobe image consulting from the esteemed Ferial Image Consulting and Training.
Holding certifications in Fashion and Wardrobe, Etiquette, Interior Design, Style Consulting, and International Image Excellence, Charles Gregory is currently consulting for high-end brands venturing into the metaverse. His commitment to transforming the fashion industry narrative and paving the way for greater opportunities is evident as he was elected as one of the image experts at AICI’s national convention in Punta Cana, where he lectured on his coined concept, “Your style is Non-Fungible,” and received high accolades from the organization’s global offices.
Programming Director Co-Chair: Kimberley Kleczka
Kimberley is known for her diverse creative pursuits. As a children’s author, she has captivated young readers with her imaginative storytelling. Additionally, her expertise as an artist and designer is evident in the crafted butterfly scarves and arties she has created.
Kimberley also loves inspiring women through her journals, empowering them to embrace their inner strength. Moreover, as a co-owner of the young women’s magazine called IMTAC, she provides a platform for young voices to be heard and celebrated.
In addition to her accomplishments in writing and publishing, Kimberley Kleczka also makes her mark in the entertainment industry. She serves as a radio host and voice-over actor, lending her voice to engage and entertain listeners.
Membership Director: Laraine Colden
Laraine Colden is the Owner and Agency Director of Main Line Models and Talent, which is located in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania and was established in 1976. From an early age, she has worked in the fashion industry as a model in both Philadelphia and New York. Laraine is an active member of Fashion Group International, has served on the Board of Directors and will be joining the board again as membership chair.
Notable highlights of her successful career include discovery and placement of high fashion models, nationally and internationally, numerous TV and Film stars, and major Broadway talent. Over the years, Laraine has built a good reputation with both fashion and commercial clients and continues to provide them with her talent. Laraine has been an active participant in Partners in Education Program speaking at schools and educating young people about the entertainment business.
Secretary: Elizabeth Hanson
Elizabeth is a costume designer and costume shop manager at Hedgerow Theatre. She also works with Haverford High School and Chester Charter Scholars Academy as costume mentor to their student drama clubs.
Additionally, Elizabeth is a marketing consultant and principal at E. Hanson Unlimited. Her projects are fashion related and her clients include educational institutions, professional organizations and an architectural firm. She is a skilled professional with extensive experience in advertising, marketing and promotion.
